The apartment was perfect and close to the city center, with a beautiful island and area. The only downside was that the beds were a little bit hard.

The location and daily cleanliness were great, but ants in our room forced us to ask for a room change; the reception refused and said they would spray the room instead. The ants kept coming for the next few days, making the stay uncomfortable. The staff even blamed us for bringing food into the room, which was false. We arrived late at night, and the next morning we found many ants on our bed; I recorded a video and showed it to the staff, but they dismissed our complaint and said they were fully booked and would spray the room. Their handling of the situation was extremely disappointing, as we expected the hotel to take responsibility and provide a reasonable solution.
