Everything was clean and the breakfast was decent, but I couldn’t check in early—after traveling for a funeral I asked for early check‑in that morning but never heard back; when I arrived the desk lady was abrupt and unaccommodating, so I waited in my car until the official check‑in time, and when I finally entered the room the back door was left open by staff, the conditioner was empty in the shower, and the hand soap was almost gone, leaving me overall unimpressed.

The TV was outdated and lacked YouTube, so a smart TV would have made a big difference. I never received the receipt for my three‑night stay, but I told a friend about the hotel and we both liked it. Coming from Ottawa, it was a great first experience and we’d definitely return. Thanks to Alberto & Betty.

The staff really stood out, but the breakfast sausage was a bit underwhelming; otherwise, I was very happy.
