The beachside structure has an excellent location. The building is very old, the dining room was renovated but the rooms and bathrooms are terrible. Our room faced the room opposite… the kitchen and buffet are very basic.

The place sits right on the Adriatic coast and the owners are overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the price‑for‑value ratio was top. We’re very satisfied. Everything was perfect.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the food is really good and plentiful. We were in room 4 and it was fairly small… the blinds weren’t level, the fan only went up to speed 2 even though it had more settings, the bathroom light flickered, and one pillow was heavily scented.

The property isn’t exactly new, but it has everything you need, and the staff’s warmth fills your heart. The only real flaw is the bathroom: the toilet is too close to the wall and the shower is essentially the same as the bathroom. Given the age of the building, that’s a necessary compromise. The cup also has a built‑in bidet spray (at least in my room).
