Barbara’s service was extraordinary at all times, especially when our transfer to the accommodation didn’t show up, she provided solutions. The directions to access the accommodation were also very clear. The location is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. In short, highly recommended. The water pressure in the shower is low.

The spot is unbeatable, right between the Spanish Quarter and Spaccanapoli, making it super convenient. The place was clean and welcoming, and the host was always friendly and helpful. Definitely not recommended.

The central location was great, and despite the traffic, the room was very quiet and dark—essential for sleeping. I was very satisfied, especially with the host’s willingness to help when we had an issue with the remote, which she fixed right away. I’m really happy with the stay, but the shower head should be replaced because the spray isn’t consistent.

Avoid this place! The air conditioning was set to 17°C, yet the room stayed at 30°C. The manager insisted everything was working fine. Don’t come here, especially in summer—the night was a nightmare.

The location was great, but there was a bit of ambient noise. Overall everything was fine.
