Wonderful, soft, welcoming, delicious.

The location was fine. The building was old and rundown, though the room was clean. I paid €263 for one night, which was heavily discounted from the normal €525 rate, which feels like a scam. The 2/3/4 connected units in an old building that isn’t renovated are completely out of market. I will never stay there again. Is it impossible to find a decent hotel or room at fair prices in Rome (unless in unreachable parts of the city) like in other European capitals?

The place was clean, but the price was too high.

I booked a small suite that turned out to be roomy, spotless, and within walking distance of everything, and the manager’s communication was top‑class—definitely coming back. The only drawback was the lack of a separate shower; the manager offered a room change, but I chose to stay, so note that the larger room also lacks a standalone shower, though the spa bath with a handheld shower was acceptable. Still, I’d recommend it.
