The people here are fantastic—super friendly family vibes. The food they served felt homemade, and the wine comes straight from the farm and tastes amazing! The animal area and pool are great for both kids and adults. I’d recommend it to any family or anyone else traveling here, and I’d love to come back again.

This Italian villa perched in the hills above Bologna is magnificent. The scenery is spectacular and truly rural. The hosts were very welcoming and cooked great home meals with generous portions for both dinner and breakfast. I’d strongly suggest this as a stopover for anyone seeking good lodging in the Bologna/Modena area, and I’ll definitely return on my next trip to northern Italy.

Breakfast was wonderful. The place is stunning, the outdoor pool is well maintained, and there’s a nice playground. We also enjoyed their good and plentiful first‑course restaurant. The rooster 🐓 was a bit of a nuisance.

Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, with homemade jam, was great for those with a sweet tooth, but if you prefer a heartier morning, you’ll miss something. The breakfast is pre‑ordered the day before in both quantity and style, and it’s already on the table in the main building when you arrive. The coffee is freshly brewed and tastes fantastic. The view from the hill is really amazing. At the pool you can relax and look out under the umbrella. For dinner you can sign up and receive homemade food that’s truly delicious. The last 500 m to the accommodation over a gravel track with deep potholes is only a challenge for SUVs.
