“Very good hotel in great location”
The position is great for beach and town centre, but the room was quite small.

The Artemis Hotel, an ex-convent built in the 1950s, features 4th-century archaeological ruins and is located just outside Cefalù's historical centre, near the beach and Central Train Station. Modern rooms offer LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. A continental breakfast buffet and annex bar with cocktails are available in this unique, soundproofed hotel with on-site parking.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. Breakfast was okay, but the hotel cut corners on small details: only one complimentary bottle of water was provided, and although there was coffee in the room, only one pack was there and it was never replenished during our 3‑day stay. At breakfast you could get one coffee for free, but a second one cost extra. I’ve never seen a 4‑star hotel be so cheap on such minor items. The main problem was the bed, which was very hard and uncomfortable; the staff added a pad, but I still had to sleep on top of pillows and it was very uncomfortable. I would not return or recommend this place.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the location is good, and the breakfast was great. Parking was convenient, costing 10 euros a day.
