The setting is gorgeous, and the staff are amazing, attentive, caring, and truly collaborative. Special shout‑out to the concierge’s kindness, who can get up at 3 am if we need anything. Nothing to complain about.

“Séjour au top nous reviendrons!”

An incredible hotel, just a 5‑minute tuk‑tuk ride to Trincomalee. The guards and housekeepers are attentive. Breakfast is very hearty, and the pool is great! Wi‑Fi works perfectly, never had any issues. The only downside is there’s no hot water, but the water is warm enough on the roof during the day to stay warm in the evening.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay overall and were satisfied with the accommodation. The outdoor area was especially lovely and well maintained, giving the place a welcoming vibe, and the pool stayed clean and tidy throughout our visit, making it a great spot to unwind. The interior was fine for the most part, but the bathroom felt a bit unfinished; a few extra touches and refinements could make it feel more homely and upscale.

We had a nice, comfortable stay; the rooms were very basic but the pool area was fantastic and one of the best we saw on our Sri Lankan holiday. Every staff member was happy to help with anything, and although the location is a bit out from the beach, a short tuk‑tuk drive gets you to the restaurants and beaches.
