A separate room with a toilet and a bathroom, but there is no lock on the door from the outside; you can only lock yourself from inside. The front door doesn’t seem to close properly, so anyone can walk in.

It’s in a good location near the market with plenty of eateries nearby, and the property manager is quick to respond to WhatsApp inquiries. I mistook it for a hotel instead of a hostel, so be aware that it’s a room with shared kitchen, fridge, and bathroom. The place was dirty with a lot of dust, the sheets were thin duvet covers, and no towels were provided. The washing machine had a Japanese sign I couldn’t read, but the manager said it could be used. Wi‑Fi worked for a few hours then dropped out for the rest of our stay. The rooms aren’t locked, so bring your own lock; we used a luggage lock. I’m glad we spent most days out because I wouldn’t stay here again, especially with a young family. Check‑in info was minimal, there’s no key to the house and it relies on trust. An in‑depth manual would be nice.

Tren istasyonuna 5 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde Oldukça geniş ve zengin ekipmanlı ortak kullanım mutfağı. DİKKAT, burası bir otel değil, hostel! O yüzden; Odanın kapısı kilitlenmiyor! Güvenlik açısından büyük bir zaafiyet. Herhangi bir sorumlu/resepsiyon görevlisi yok. Oda temizlenmiyor, odadaki çöp alınmıyor. Odada banyo havlusu bulunmuyor! Bina kapısı içeriden kilitlenirse binaya giremiyorsunuz!

まず部屋への入室方法の説明がなく、予約確定後に問い合わせると返答なし。前日にもう一度電話で確認すると海外の方の対応で、前日にお知らせするのが当たり前でしょ？と。それは十分承知なのですが、前日にお伝えします。と一言あればこちらも安心だと思いませんか？ そこでまず不信感を覚えました。 当日チェックイン16時前に連絡先記載のメールが来ました。いつでもこの番号にかけるとつながりますのでと。 いざ、入室すると部屋が水浸しです。三階なので水漏れ？原因がわからなくすぐにメール記載の電話にかけると、全くもって無関係の方の番号だったらしく、、、 ダラダラと今まで３０件以上迷惑電話かかってきとるんやわーといきさつを説明されました。こちらも以前海外の方の対応だったのでいち早く水浸しをなんとかしてもらいたく、間違いでしたか。すみません。とお伝えし早急に関係者の方に連絡を取りたかったのですが、これまた私の対応が悪かったみたいでものの言い方なんやねん！と怒られ、、、とりあえず番号違うこと伝えてもらえるかな？とコンコンと怒られる始末です。 最初の入室方法のことで問い合わせした番号にかけ直し、水浸しのこと説明するも、原因は？とこちらが聞かれ、私も入室したら水浸しだったので原因を聞かれましても全くわかることありません。それの繰り返しで話が進まず、大変迷惑でした。すぐにスタッフにLINEするからちょっと待ってて！と言われスタッフの方が掃除してくれましたが、原因は前日雨にもかかわらず部屋の窓が開いていたため部屋が雨水で水浸しでした。 本当に不快でした。 立地は歩いて鶴橋商店街はすぐなので楽しかったですが、 間違い電話の方や、関係者の方の対応が本当に悪いと思いました。
