The team focused on us whenever we needed anything; activities were fine given the weather, the food was amazing, the chef was really good, and everything overall was very good!

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The room was very large with spectacular views. The food was sparse, especially dinner, with few vegan options. The price of drinks was abusive; in Vietnam you pay European prices for drinks. The boat is already in the bay after a half‑hour boat tour, and for the excursions I only moved a few meters twice. The jacuzzi in the room didn’t work.

The hospitality started the exact second we stepped onto the tender boat. We were greeted with cold towels and a refreshing welcome drink while the team seamlessly took care of our heavy luggage. Our suite felt incredibly fresh, with a huge glass door opening straight to the private balcony. The whole trip ran like clockwork without ever feeling forced or hurried. The check-in lounge at the marina gets a bit busy around noon when all the cruise lines gather, but once you step onto the ship, it’s instant calm

What I loved most about the Classic cruise was its intimate, boutique feel. Because the ship isn't overly massive, the staff actually remember who you are. The bar team remembered our drink preferences by night one, and the cruise director was always nearby to ensure every guest was comfortable. It felt personal, cozy, and truly relaxing. Leaving the ship at the end of day two felt surprisingly hard—we honestly wished we had booked the 3-day-2-night option instead

La atención de 10. Muy amables y atentos siempre. La habitación preciosa con una bañera hidromasaje y unas vistas espectaculares. La cubierta del Barco con una pequeña piscina y todo equipado para relajarse. La cama era muy dura Las horas de las actividades muy temprano
