We had a super authentic local experience, met the family who treated us like one of their own, surrounded by nature, and enjoyed organic breakfast and dinner from their gardens. The stay was outstanding and the type of tourism we love—an immersion in forest and culture. It’s a bit hard to get there; GPS doesn’t point correctly, and the bathroom is outside the house, so you’re chilly when you go.

The family made us feel at home, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the temperature, very comfortable in August with cooler nights away from the Black Sea humidity. Food was great value, full board, and the town is a mile downhill.

The room description was misleading. No private kitchen, so we had to use the family’s. Privacy was poor, and a floor hatch was used during the stay to access the rooms.
