They had hot water all the time, but the service was terrible from the moment I arrived. They tried to charge me a ridiculously high exchange rate with the dollar; if I didn’t complain about a fair rate I’d have to pay as if I were paying in euros or pounds. The room was extremely cold and had no heater or any electrical assistance. Customer service was extremely poor, zero flexibility with guests, and when they messed up my bill they never wanted to correct it, gave a thousand excuses, and finally told me yes but ignored me until today. On top of that the location is far from everything and not like in the photos. TERRIBLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The friendliness, the comfort, and the included activity were great. The entrance is a bit far.
