I was initially impressed by the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room, 205, was a letdown, lacking even the most basic amenities like a kettle. The space was infested with bugs, and we had to use a towel to block the door, but they still managed to sneak in. The bathroom was a nightmare, with a strong urine smell and black mold. The bed was hard and uneven, causing us both to wake up with sore backs.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beaches in the area are truly stunning. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay - the air conditioning was quite loud, the exterior lights from neighboring rooms often stayed on, and the thin curtains allowed in too much light at night. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, and there are no restaurants or currency exchange services available.

The 24-hour check-in was a lifesaver after our long flight into Phuket, and we were grateful for a clean, if humble, room to rest and refresh. Although the rooms could use some refurbishment, they were clean and basic, which was all we needed for a quick sleep. It's clear that the hotel prioritizes cleanliness, and we appreciated that.

Our stay was just okay for one night, but it was enough to get us by. However, we were disappointed to find that the towels were not clean. It's a small issue, but it's something that should be addressed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
