The setting feels like an oasis, and the quality of both the hotel and its grounds is outstanding.

The venue looks beautiful, yet the bed was uncomfortable, the shower and toilet doors were filthy, the tea and coffee cabinet was dirty, the alarm rang at 1.20 am with no instructions, and the evacuation alarm at 1.35 am also came without any announcements—very disappointing.
