The place is well‑situated near the beach, restaurants, and shops, with a side‑view terrace over the sea, moderate‑priced paid parking across from the hotel, and an elevator. However, the bathroom urgently needs a full overhaul due to extensive mold, the room is very small and uncomfortable, smells stale, has poor soundproofing with various noises from adjacent rooms (TVs, etc.), the breakfast is acceptable in an unwelcoming room, and the prices are too high for a two‑star hotel given the condition.

Everything went smoothly: the welcome was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was a bit cramped.
