“Very unprofessional ~ rip off”
I booked a room, my wife arrived first and I added her name to it. By the time I got there she was already asleep, the staff refused to give me a key to my own room and wouldn’t even tell me which room it was, so I never got to stay there. He tried calling her once, but she didn’t answer; it was really early in the morning and he was rude and unprofessional. I was the primary on the booking and he wouldn’t give me a key to my own room, so I’m very displeased and want a refund.
