Access was easy. The staff were polite and helpful. The shower didn’t heat well, but that didn’t ruin the stay; I’ll return whenever possible.

A young intern on duty was very polite, went out of his way to help us, showed great service skills and genuine concern for guests, and deserved a promotion to manager; unfortunately the property itself was terrible – we booked for five days, but the facilities were shabby, insecure and far below what I expected, so we left immediately after my wife felt uneasy and we couldn’t stay.
