The breakfast and meals were good with a decent variety—not too much, not too little. The location is ideal for hikers, skiers, cyclists, and gravel riders, and the mountain view is a bonus because it sits at the top of the resort. The place could use some renovations, which I expect will happen soon. The bedding comfort and plumbing also need improvement.

The welcome and services were very satisfying, the staff were friendly and efficient—thanks to the young employees for their kindness and smiles. The apartment was well equipped, fairly large for two people, clean and quiet; we stayed in mid‑July to avoid the rush. The restaurant offered a very satisfying and varied menu with enough choices, so we had a very good stay with a great value for money and will definitely return. The only downside was having to be early for the meals because of crowds, which meant weaving between tables, people and buffet stations—a bit hectic, but the hotel itself isn’t at fault.

The view and friendly staff were nice, but the place lacks dynamism and the bathroom is dim.

A very good stay in Gourette – the place was spotlessly clean, the staff were attentive and listened to our needs, and the food was varied and excellent.
