The room had a great view and was spotless, but the sheets were all wrinkled and scratchy, the sheet itself was old and crinkly, and the food was a disaster. Nobody mentioned that dinner was a tasting menu, yet the portions were tiny—just a couple of bites. You leave the dinner feeling hungry and it’s not a culinary experience at all. There’s no other menu to choose from, and the afternoon buffet is just leftovers from the previous night.

The décor is modern, the room has plenty of storage, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool is gorgeous. The only downside is that there’s no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and you feel right at home. The food is excellent and the service is attentive. We were well informed about local excursions. Everything else was just fine.

The location is perfect for cross‑country skiing, and the infinity pool is fantastic.

The spa area is lovely, the breakfast and dinner food is incredibly tasty, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are well designed, and the evening events organized by the hotel are a highlight. The only issue was that the spa got a bit crowded at times, which was a bit uncomfortable.
