On‑site amenities include Zingari Ristorante with live jazz, a hot tub, spa services, fitness centre, and a tour desk.

The location was great and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room, however, turned out to be smaller and darker than the photos for that room type show; check out guest videos for a clearer idea. Additionally, the hotel’s use of Google Cast caused buffering—something we’ve experienced at other hotels—so switching back to a smart TV that allows direct app sign‑in would be better.

The location is great, just two minutes from the center. The spa service is convenient, with a fitness center, jacuzzi, and sauna on the same floor, and hot drinks are free. The game room with pool, TV, and video games is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The room is very spacious, equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge. I didn’t like that daily cleaning wasn’t performed and that the sofa bed had to be set up by ourselves; the jacuzzi is small and not well maintained.

The front desk staff always greet you with a friendly hello, a warm welcome back, and a quick check on how you’re doing. The hotel sits just one block from Union Square and the main public transport lines. The club is open and offers coffee, tea, and hot chocolate on tap. A microwave in the room is handy for making dinner. On the downside, the housekeeping service was not performed for four days, so I had to voice my displeasure for it to be done immediately (they even brought a box of candy to my room as compensation—thanks again). The bed was never made, trash was taken out but the bed remained unmade, and overall nothing was finished completely. Adding a stove would be a nice improvement to the kitchen.
