“All in all for the price paid, expected better quality.”

The room was spacious and the bed comfy, breakfast was good and the staff were polite and professional, and the location in the town centre with parking was convenient; however, the exterior paint looked worn, some furniture in the room was tired and needed replacing, the hairdryer barrel was melted, one hand towel had holes, there was no light over the vanity mirror for makeup, and for the price I expected a mini fridge.

“A pleasant hotel in the middle of Woodbridge with ample parking”

Convenient for Woodbridge, parking on site was easy to book and straightforward, early arrival was handled helpfully, and when I missed breakfast they gave me an excellent bacon and egg sandwich to take out; the rooms were clean, large, and had secondary double glazing, minor housekeeping issues were addressed promptly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my wife’s breakfast was mistakenly served to another guest and it took a while to get hers, the hotel isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues because rooms are accessed by a steep set of stairs, the exterior window sills need repair, the shower over the bath, while efficient, isn’t accessible to everyone, there are no grab handles on the wall to aid entry and exit, and no shower mat was provided.

“Excellent location, staff, food and accommodation would definitely visit again and recommend to frie”

The continental breakfast was very nice and plentiful, just needed to be replenished a bit quicker; there was nothing else to note.
