The room was neat and clean, the management was nice and behaved well; the same positives repeated.

The bed was comfortable and slept well, but the washroom wasn’t cleaned and the bedsheet had blood stains.

Nothing was enjoyable, so I’d think twice before booking through booking.co; the hotel was a dud, highly disappointed, no listed facilities were available, staff were unfriendly, the room was not nice, it took a while to get a dosa without coffee against the continental breakfast mentioned in the ad and costing 200+ per person, and the TV didn’t work.
