I booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as pet-friendly, but when I arrived, I was denied access because it's not actually pet-friendly. Unfortunately, no solution was offered or any refund provided. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The hotel's location near the rooms 1-7 is convenient for parking small motorcycles right in front of the rooms. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was satisfactory. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and frequently dropped.
