The location is convenient, facing the stadium with many windows overlooking a clear river view; next to the hotel there are several eateries like bún bò Huế, bánh canh ghẹ, and cơm gà xối mỡ, and nearby restaurants serve decent breakfast options such as bún cá, bò lúc lắc, and pít tết. The hotel staff are very sweet, especially the young boy; the air conditioning was very cold early on, only cooling adequately from 10 pm to 4‑5 am (probably due to the walls retaining heat), but the next day it worked well.
