The reception was friendly and the location is perfect.

Getting around for sightseeing was easy, the front desk was great and they refreshed the room every day. The payment system was a problem – they didn’t accept Visa even though it was listed on the booking, and after three attempts my card got blocked. Alipay also didn’t work even though it works everywhere else. The exterior looked old and worn.

The place is well located. The carpet in the common areas needs a refresh; it looks worn and smells. The restaurant could use a general upgrade, and the dishes aren’t cleaned properly. The staff, however, is very helpful.

The location is good. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Coffee, tea and water were refilled daily. The staff were friendly.
