The bed and pillows were lovely, breakfast was nice, and the staff were bright and cheerful, but free access to the famous Vals Therme only starts at 11 am, which I wish could be earlier.

I stayed in a big, spacious room that felt fresh, and the breakfast was served at the table, which I liked. Parking was free and close to the hotel, and I definitely recommend the 7132 Therme spa.

The hotel’s location is great, the decor is cute, and the staff is wonderful; the cleanliness is good, and my partner received a complimentary dessert for his birthday. However, the rooms are poorly equipped for the price: no fridge, safe, laundry bag, kettle, or cotton swabs. We slept in the room above the restaurant, so we could hear the kitchen’s daily activity at about 22:30 and 7:00, and the room wasn’t well insulated; the door rattled whenever someone entered the hotel.

The hotel is clean, in the city, and the staff is very nice. Administrative confusion happened because the property is part of another hotel, and the information flow is poor. We called ahead to confirm our arrival time, but the staff on site had no idea and the room wasn’t ready. They tried to make up for it and were kind, but it was still a bit let‑down. Later we noticed similar problems elsewhere in the complex.

Everything was perfect. On the day of arrival the Therme was closed from 14:00 for a special event, so we couldn’t use it. The hotel told us about this, but it was still a disappointment.
