Spectacular! This hotel would cost four times as much in any European city. Everything is meticulously cared for and the staff are so attentive and kind, helping with everything. We had an issue unrelated to the hotel, and thanks to them we solved it. It’s worth paying for the rooms with a bathtub! The location is unbeatable.

Location. View once insisted to get the right one. The staff is very available, friendly and helping. 1. Did not follow my request made at my booking because I checked in very late. But I had informed about late checking, too. 2. The place looks fancy, premium ; but the materials are all cheap and room layout not functional. Just pretending to be luxurious whereas it's like low grade hotel. 3. As a result, price is seriously too high and not worth it

Excellent location, polite staff, and we always had a contact person who checked in via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. The bathtub in the room is a nice gimmick but unnecessary, taking up space that could hold an extra chair (there was only one chair for two people).
The room was clean and tidy, the bed super comfy, and housekeeper Yueyue had a great attitude; the location is convenient for travel and the value for money is high, so I’ll pick this hotel again.
