A sensitively renovated old large farmhouse, modern equipment, and spacious rooms. The well‑maintained, large garden offers plenty of loungers and seating. It’s very quiet, has its own parking, and the forest lakes are within walking distance. The hosts are very friendly, and the breakfast is legendary! The only downside: there’s no option to brew tea or coffee during the day, say after a hike, which would be great. Also, the rooms lack refrigerators, which would be handy for cooling South Tyrolean specialties you want to take home.

Beautifully located amid vineyards, this quiet, very cohesive modernised old estate is surrounded by a well‑kept garden with many beautiful, tranquil seating spots for relaxing. The highlight is the freshly prepared, rich breakfast—this is a slice of paradise.

The house feels like a tastefully renovated farmhouse—modern yet cozy, and we really felt at home. We enjoyed the garden with plenty of loungers and swings, and the breakfasts there offered a beautiful view. The breakfast was top‑class. Host Barbara and her husband were very attentive to us. Thank you for the lovely days—we truly enjoyed our time with you.
The breakfast was truly outstanding, and Barbara was welcoming and helpful. The garden is lovely and we made good use of the honesty bar. We really liked Montiggl. We faced some challenges while we were there (nothing to do with the property itself) and Barbara and her husband were very helpful. There were no drawbacks.
