The pool area had green moss on the floor. One of the check‑in staff was nice, the other was not. I’m a disabled HP person and the rude staff asked if I had a medical reason to deny me a 2nd‑floor room. I said yes but was offended by the announcement of my disability.

The cleanliness of the beds and bathroom was good. The overall state of the hotel and room was absolutely lamentable; everything was dirty, and both the exterior and interior needed major renovation. The room and corridors were unclean, and there was no sound insulation.
