The staff were very nice and helpful, but the facilities are too old, my room didn’t have wifi, and the price was too high for a hotel with these features; a renewal of the facilities is needed.

The staff went above and beyond: Monica is top. It feels a bit old‑fashioned and deserves a refresh.
