We were welcomed very well; the owner was always helpful and polite. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine, especially compared to other accommodations in Campos do Jordão, and with breakfast included it's acceptable. The shower was hot, towels and paper were in the bathroom, and the gas fireplace in the room helped a lot on the cold nights in Campos do Jordão. However, there was no hand soap or shower soap in the bathroom, and you could hear almost everything from other rooms and the hallway, so privacy was limited. The room had no windows, only a door that opened directly into the hallway, and the bed was positioned right next to that door, so you could hear anyone passing by; this was a problem for us in the morning when guests in other rooms started waking up and moving around toward the area where breakfast was served, which woke us up. The TV was small and the double bed was not very comfortable, but it's acceptable for the price; if you want more comfort, look elsewhere. There's a dirt road to get there, so on rainy days the car gets dirty. The view shown in the listing is actually a shared area of the property where cars are parked.
