The place is close to the square, but the Wi‑Fi was down for a whole day and the staff didn’t bother to help; there was no one at the front desk and they were not very helpful.

Three floors with no lift in the 21st century? The room itself was the highlight; the rest feels outdated and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I only liked the room.

The location is very good and the rooms are huge, but the internet kept dropping several times a day, there was no one at reception, the bathroom water pressure was very low, the towels were super old and looked disgusting, there was no elevator, basic toiletries were missing, and the bed linens looked old and dirty.
