The reception, the location, the quiet, the parking availability, and the dinner were all excellent.

The location is superb, whether for a stopover or to visit Milan. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There are parking spaces and the metro is a 5‑minute walk away. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The bathroom was fairly spacious, relatively modern, and well‑maintained, and the location is reasonably convenient for public transport. However, several major issues regarding transparency, accessibility, and basic services made the stay frustrating.
