The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful; Miss Jara went above and beyond to assist us in a very friendly way. The pool looked a bit dirty and not very blue, the rooms sometimes weren’t very cold at night, and the morning food was just average but doable.

The staff were amazing, especially the lady with the super long hair who was very friendly and helpful. The location and cleanliness were not up to par.

The facilities were new, very nice, and clean. Breakfast was good.

I was pleased to find that my room was clean and had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. There weren't any major issues to complain about, which was a relief after hearing some negative reviews. Overall, it was a fairly standard and satisfactory experience.
