The staff were helpful, and the cleaners were very efficient. The hotel is within walking distance of Bukhara city square. The outside lights were poor, the door closed after 10 pm, and the entrance was a bit hard to find. The entrance is on a high floor, so you have to carry your bags. The toilet smelled strongly even though it was clean, so I kept the room window open during my stay.

The staff were attentive and caring, and they extended my stay for free because of my late departure. The room was clean and cool, with an air conditioner. Every day a bottle of drinking water was placed in the room. Breakfast was substantial, and the porridge was tasty. The location was decent; it takes 10‑15 minutes to Labi House via the old town. They gave me a nice magnet as a souvenir. Thank you very much. I recommend it to everyone.

First, I want to thank all the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. If you find yourself in Buhara, I would definitely recommend staying here. The cleanliness and daily maintenance of the rooms were impeccable; from what I saw, they are very organized. I had no trouble with the location; you can reach it quickly on foot or by taxi. I did not have a negative experience.
