“A relaxing weekend among the vineyards”

Very friendly and helpful staff, always available and happy to assist with organising outdoor activities. The property is beautifully maintained and clean, all rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and excellent coffee. The spa and pool were a wonderful addition, making it easy to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. /

“Tolle Lage, leider das Personal schlecht ausgebildet und unmotiviert”

Tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente, alles neu renoviert, der Pool mit Ausblick. Teile vom Personal: keinerlei Flexibilität und wenig Kundenorientierung. Keinerlei Motivation, die Extrameile für den Kunden zu gehen, was ich bei diesem Preis einfach erwarte. Situation 1: Können wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte haben? Nein. Warum? Die Regeln sagen es. Situation 2: Können wir 10 Minuten vor den Öffnungszeiten schon in den Pool? Nein. Warum? Weil er gerade geputzt wird. Aber er wird gerade nicht geputzt. Egal, Regeln sind Regeln. Manche Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, aber das gleicht es nicht aus
