The location, facilities (heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi), a clean and well‑maintained room, good breakfast, and restaurant were all positives. The view from the room I stayed in looked like a construction site.

The pool was amazing and the view was decent, but the room was really cold when we arrived and we told staff. First they offered an extra blanket, then said they’d try to fix the heating. After an hour of attempts it stopped working, and all night we couldn’t find anyone to help; the heating never worked again. The staff gave us ordinary excuses and tried to trick us. Breakfast was not that good.
