The price was good, but since it’s called a hotel I expected a place to have coffee, yet they only bring it to the room like a motel.

I liked the reception and the room accommodations; aside from a blanket that had a bad odor, there was nothing else to complain about.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but the air conditioning was broken, the hot tub had cold water, and the breakfast was slow and arrived with cold milk.

“HORRÍVEL E PROMÍSCUO”

Nothing. My experience was very disappointing. I booked believing I was contracting a hotel stay, but upon arrival I realized the place operates more like a motel. Throughout the night it was extremely hard to sleep because of the noise. You could hear sexual activity, loud conversations, shouting and constant movement in the rooms. For anyone looking for a place to rest, the experience was terrible. Additionally, during the day there was also a lot of noise from the cleaning staff, with loud conversations and singing in the corridors, which further contributed to the lack of tranquility. The reception was also lacking. The service was rude, not very cordial, and at times I felt a lack of education and respect in the treatment of guests. I expected at least a professional and polite service. I believe the establishment should make it much clearer in the announcement what the profile of the place is, so the guest knows exactly what they are booking. If I had known it was an environment with that type of movement, noise and hosting profile, I certainly would not have made the reservation. I do not recommend it for those looking for a quiet, comfortable, and suitable place to rest.
