“Overall good, slightly disappointed.”
The room wasn’t clean; the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bed was old, dirty, and uncomfortable.
Everything will come back 🙏, and the place is super clean 👌.

I was disappointed that the bar staff didn’t know how to make the drinks, while the restaurant staff seemed untrained.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly. I only stayed briefly for a family event, so I didn’t use the services or restaurant, but everything looked lovely. It was hard to find the hotel, especially after a long drive and at night, so a heads‑up for future guests would help. There were some elevator problems while I was there, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the morning.
