The location was good and the room was nice and comfortable; the shower was great, the room was cleaned and the bed made daily, and breakfast was lovely each day. The lack of parking was annoying—we managed to park on the side of the road, but had to walk a fair distance with luggage, which felt awkward.

The accommodation was spotless, the hosts were pleasant, the breakfast lovely, the location superb, and the amenities good—nothing to fault. The rooms are a bit small, but they all now have en‑suite bathrooms, which is better than sharing. Parking is an issue, but that’s unavoidable and not the hosts’ fault.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was convenient; the couple running the place were friendly and well‑versed in the area, and the room was very clean. A small dressing table with a chair would have been a nice addition.

We were pleasantly surprised—breakfast was very good and everything was very clean. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We hope to stay there again sometime.

We stayed for two nights as a couple, our second visit, and were not disappointed at all. The property is the cleanest in the area, with a lovely hot breakfast. Little touches like a large water bottle in the room and tea/coffee are appreciated. The king‑size room is spacious, has a comfortable bed and pillows, and feels light and airy. It’s in an excellent location in Llandudno, with shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Mandy and Dave are great hosts, and we’d definitely recommend the place to anyone booking in Llandudno. It will always be our first choice when staying there.
