The location was great, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The room was huge and positioned perfectly near Stazione Termini, just a few minutes on foot from the station. It was very clean, taken from an old building, and came with an air‑conditioner, TV, mini‑fridge and safe. The staff were very helpful, and the room could fit up to four people. I recommend it. Ermanno, the host, was very supportive and friendly.

The location was good and the room was big enough, but the noisy air‑conditioner made it almost unusable while inside.

The location was super convenient near the station, ideal for train travellers. The area was quiet at night and there was no issue staying out late. Luggage storage was available. The room offered water, coffee and tea. The rooms were very quiet and had blinds and blackout curtains.
