Hello, we were a four‑person family at the hotel earlier. We saw the musical Tarzan. We could easily commute by S‑bahn nearby. The hotel was super clean, very friendly staff (reception/bar staff and also the breakfast staff). The room amenities were very creative/extraordinary. We’ll gladly come again. Thank you for everything. No complaints.

The staff were not particularly welcoming. I ordered some wine and received something else and paid a premium for it. Not worth four stars.

I stayed close to the city centre, the rooms were sound‑proofed and the staff were clean and friendly, nothing else to note.

The rooms were modern and well furnished, the location was convenient with parking right outside, and the hotel and restaurant staff were consistently polite and attentive. Food was tasty, and it was great that pizza and lasagne could be ordered straight to the room. However, the minibar only offered sweetened sodas—no sugar‑free options, which feels outdated. The price‑value at the restaurant was disappointing: a frozen or pre‑made pizza for €19.50 seemed unjustified despite good service. At breakfast, the hotel tells guests when it gets busy, but the on‑site system assigns fixed seats (sometimes to keep larger families together), which is frustrating when you’d rather choose your own spot. The breakfast room was cramped, with seating that didn’t match the hotel’s capacity, creating constant pressure and crowding. Relaxed, comfortable breakfast was impossible, which noticeably dented the overall feel of a 4‑star property and my holiday experience. I expected more comfort.
