The staff were unhelpful and did not respond to the messages I sent. The furniture in the room was very worn. The hallway flowers were neglected, which is disappointing to see. The entire hotel environment needs an update.

The location and breakfast were great, and the food at the restaurant was also tasty. The price was quite poor, the rooms were old and rather stuffy, and the beds were small and very soft.
