Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The location was good, staff were friendly, and the facilities were solid with a nice design. Towels were replaced daily, the room was very clean, and breakfast was diverse and plentiful. It was hard to sleep if your neighbors were noisy (the soundproofing isn’t great). The room was swapped (by the hotel’s choice) after three nights, and there was a water leak from the shower.

The place was cozy, bright, comfortable, with a nice location and view, and the staff were friendly. Mr Ismail was very polite and gave good information about nearby spots; Zahra was also very helpful. The only thing that could improve is having drinking water bottles available in the rooms.

The staff were very good, always solving problems, offering advice, and handling any request gently and quickly. There were no negatives.
