The hotel is very new and well located. The hot water was temperamental and the pressure was not enough.

The staff were very pleasant, booking the speedboat for the return was easy, and a “limousine” waited for us at the pier to drop us off in Hanoi!

The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful when the front desk was closed, but breakfast was missing even though it was listed on the booking site and the fee was deducted. In the first room the toilet was broken, and in the second room there was no hot water; all issues were eventually fixed.
