Unusually for an APA Hotel, the room was on the same first floor as the front desk, so moving heavy luggage took only a little time.

I arrived about three hours earlier than the official check‑in time and had booked a locker for my luggage; after telling the reception I’d be back late, they let me check in despite it being outside hours and even cancelled the locker I’d reserved because I was staying. Thanks for that. The location is downtown, so the view from the window isn’t impressive, but it’s right next to Nishi‑Kasai Station, which is very convenient.
