Nothing لا شيء. This is a very bad hotel, and I regret staying there. I was a guest from October 9 to October 15, 2026, and during that period, I was robbed twice. When I reported this to the hotel manager—whose name is "Labig"—she told me to go back to my home country, bring the receipt, and prove that the theft took place inside the hotel, just so they could offer an apology. She said this in a mocking tone and showed absolutely no concern for the matter. هذا فندق سيء للغاية، وأنا نادم على الإقامة فيه. لقد أقمت هناك في الفترة من 9 إلى 15 أكتوبر 2026، وتعرضت للسرقة مرتين خلال تلك الفترة. وعندما أبلغت مديرة الفندق -التي تدعى "لابيج"- بالأمر، طلبت مني العودة إلى بلدي وإحضار الإيصال وإثبات أن السرقة قد وقعت داخل الفندق، وذلك لمجرد أن يقدموا لي اعتذاراً. لقد قالت ذلك بنبرة ساخرة ولم تُبدِ أي اهتمام بالأمر على الإطلاق
