The inn was fine, near the center and well‑located, with good breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were small but functional. Staff friendliness could improve; they only clean rooms if you leave a note on the door. We left in the early afternoon during rain, left a note, but no cleaning happened. Towels are only changed every two days, so we didn’t get a fresh set during our two‑night stay. The damp, rainy weather left towels wet all the time, and there’s no airy spot to hang them—this needs to be addressed, especially given the mountain climate.

Excellent location, close to the center and several tourist spots. The staff are very polite, kind, and helpful, and the cleanliness is impeccable—I loved my stay.

I requested a large bed and was accommodated. My daughter, who is 8, was also given a room at the last minute and was well‑treated at reception, even though it wasn’t in the reservation. No complaints—everything was as expected.
