The terrace offered a stunning view and plenty of space and greenery; the room was large and everything was conveniently close thanks to the train station. Overall, it was a relaxed and pleasant stay. I think the bathrooms need a refresh, and the rooms could use a bit more space. Breakfast was consistently good, but it was always the same dishes.

A lovely property with a large terrace overlooking Stromboli; the room was rustic, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom matched that cleanliness except for a very small shower. The dinner, however, arrived cold, tasted below average, and was quite pricey.

“Für uns enttäuschend und keine saubere kundenfreundliche "Reklamationsklärung"”

Our room in the main building was excellently located, exactly as requested (I’m 79 and not as mobile as the other buildings would have required). The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to the booking fees, an “Adult Club” card costing €80 was charged without clear explanation of what it covered, which should have been clarified by booking. Paying €4 per day for a bath towel felt like a rip-off and indicated poor service. A simple a‑la‑carte dinner that was agreed with the reception and restaurant manager was later double‑charged, with vague excuses that I had misunderstood. The room was so sparsely furnished it lacked even drinking glasses. The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

The shuttle service to and from the beach was convenient. The beach facilities were lacking, with only one canoe available, which was insufficient.
