The rooms were very clean and nice, the staff were amazing and friendly, the location was great with a fantastic view. However, the breakfast didn't match the hotel's value; extra money was required for eggs, which was disappointing and the reason for the extra fee was unclear.

Breakfast was fine, the location was great. Since Booking didn't share our email with the hotel, we missed the tourism office info on downloading the public transport ticket, so we couldn't use the Engadin Mobile on arrival and departure days.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was modest with limited options.
